EQUIPMENT
Reliable Paper Recycling has over 22 years of experience in providing the most cost effective and efficient types of equipment necessary to successfully handle many different types of recycling material. Reliable can either directly provide your facility with the proper equipment or work with you to find discounted pricing from some of the leading equipment manufactures, the choice is yours. One thing is for certain, with Reliables in house team of over 25 welders and mechanics available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, Reliable stands behind you to insure that your equipment remains in good operating condition. Here is a list of some of the equipment Reliable works with:
• 40 Cubic Yard Stationary Compactors ( walk on floors, thru the wall shoots, side metal rails, hoppers and full enclosures)
• 30 Cubic Yard Self Contained Compactors ( used in wet waste applications)
• Horizontal Baling Machines ( 60 inch and 48 inch wide balers used to bales both cardboard and plastic)
• Vertical Baling Machines ( For large volumes of cardboard, can be used in conjunction with conveyor belts, tip carts or can be hand fed. These balers can also be equipped with an automatic bale tying system and electronic eye start up and shut down system.
• Styrofoam Baling Machines ( capable of grinding and compact Styrofoam into marketable size bales)
• Screw Conveyors ( capable of grinding and compacting various types of materials into a 40 yard container)
• Pre-Crushers ( capable of first crushing material then compacting it into a container)
